Rezept: Erdbeer-Limonade

Zutaten:
- 300 g Erdbeeren
- ½ EL Der Schale einer unbehandelten/ ungespritzten Bio-Zitrone
- 90 g Zucker Je nach Geschmack auch ganz ohne Zucker-Zugabe oder mit Süßstoff
- Crushed Ice oder Eiswürfel
- 700 ml Wasser 150 ml zum erhitzen/Mineralwasser funktioniert natürlich auch und macht die Limo spritziger
Zubereitung:
- Zuerst wird der Zuckersirup zubereitet. Dazu wird ein Teil des Wassers, der Zucker und geriebene Zitronenschale erhitzt, bis sich der Zucker gelöst hat.
- Danach muss das Ganze erst abkühlen, bevor es weitergeht.
- Wenn ihr den Zucker reduzieren oder ganz rauslassen wollt, könnt ihr das natürlich wieder ganz nach Eurem Geschmack machen.
- Anschließend wird der Sirup durch ein feines Sieb gegossen, damit die Zitronenschale hängen bleibt.
- Wenn das passiert ist werden die Erdbeeren püriert und ebenfalls durch ein feines Sieb gestrichen damit die kleinen Kerne nicht im Getränk landen, und dann mit dem Sirup vermischt.
- Das Ganze wird danach mit dem restlichen Wasser aufgegossen und mit viel Eis serviert.
